Are you an experienced, forward-thinking, and results-driven leader? Toggl is seeking a Head of Product to guide our product organization through an exciting transformational phase. In this pivotal role, you will drive Toggl’s growth from $20M to $50M ARR by transitioning our offerings from a time-tracking-centric tool to an integrated suite of products that align with company objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
Salary and Work Environment
The annual salary for this role is €130,000, with yearly increases based on performance and participation in our company-wide performance-based bonus plan. Enjoy the flexibility of working from anywhere in Europe, whether it's a bustling city, a serene beach, or a quaint village. Every few months, our global team of 130+ members from over 40 countries comes together for in-person meetups, fostering collaboration and camaraderie.
The Role
As the Head of Product at Toggl, your responsibilities will include:
- Defining and executing a product strategy that drives Toggl’s short and long-term revenue goals and aligns with our company mission.
- Identifying opportunities to expand into upmarket segments while maintaining a strong foothold in the SMB market.
- Optimizing growth through data-driven decision-making, utilizing product analytics, A/B testing, and customer insights to enhance user engagement.
- Championing lean research methodologies to ensure efficient, evidence-based decision-making without overwhelming teams.
- Balancing data-driven approaches with a passion for creating outstanding customer experiences.
- Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and expansion efforts.
- Partnering with the executive team to define go-to-market and revenue strategies.
- Leading by example and providing hands-on guidance to resolve product issues efficiently.
- Mentoring a diverse group of product managers and designers, fostering a culture of strategic partnership.
- Improving execution speed while maintaining high standards, instilling a culture of thoughtful, ambitious MVPs.
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you possess:
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS and Product-Led Growth (PLG) environments, ideally within companies scaling between $20M-$50M ARR.
- A strong product sense with an instinctive ability to identify and guide teams in creating exceptional products.
- Success in balancing upmarket expansion with SMB self-serve growth in a SaaS environment.
- Excellent situational leadership skills and the ability to delegate, coach, or step in as needed.
- Comfort navigating both strategic and tactical aspects of product leadership.
- A confident yet pragmatic approach to experimentation, where outcomes are owned and learned from.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex strategies into clear, actionable plans.
