Product Manager / Owner (Remote)

Responsibilities

Conduct user interviews to analyze customer pain points and gather feedback and feature requests.
Create prototypes and wireframes to visualize product concepts and UX flows using Figma or similar tools.
Provide first-level support for our Jira and Confluence apps, assisting customers in utilizing, troubleshooting, and succeeding with our products.
Ensure product quality through a well-structured QA and validation process prior to each release.
Develop detailed documentation, how-to guides, articles, use-cases, and other valuable resources for our users.

Requirements

Proficiency in Figma and other design and prototyping tools.
Ability to independently conduct thorough market research and analyze customer feedback.
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt across different functions.
At least a few years of work experience in product management, user experience (UX) design, QA, or a related role.
Tech-savvy with strong IT knowledge, a keen eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude towards helping and problem-solving.
