Account Development Representative (Remote)

Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential Strategic & Enterprise Accounts to uncover business needs and opportunities.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales enablement teams.
- Engage with prospects through various channels, including email, phone, and social media, to generate interest and build rapport.
- Qualify leads and develop them to the point of handoff to the Sales team, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity of communication.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with management to refine outreach strategies and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development, account management, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making and strategy.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus.
